Daily Duties at Unisys Corp:
Functionalities of an account manager utilizing project management methodologies. I was successful at increasing and generated revenue by $100,000 by presenting clients with expanded services outside of the original negotiated contract. This include end user support in the configuration/setup, providing Network engineering assistance, and providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd tier technical support to end users • Account liaison and single point of contact. • Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention and growth for assigned portfolio. • Developed and managed the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards. • Responsible for providing service consulting to assess their short and long term networking and systems goals. • Recommended and executed changes to ensure revenue generation. • Understood client critical business issues to properly position service offerings. • Worked with Operation Teams to resolve client network issues and concerns. • Turned around difficult accounts and demanding clients by successfully managing communication between management, the Client and supporting engineers’ resources.
