Daily Duties at Crossmark, Inc:
Dual Roles: Field Manager (Project Management) and Territory Sales Manager As TSM: Responsible for the shelf standards, distribution, maintenance, and reports for 6 Wal-Mart Supercenters in the greater Austin-Waco region. •Ensured that all products represented by Crossmark were set to schematic. •Shelf tags were replaced per policy •Rotation and product presentation were maintained to standard or better •Reported out of stocks, packaging and other critical issues •Wal-Mart Certified Set Specialist – 1998 As Field Manager: Managed grocery department sets and resets in Wal-Mart Supercenters. Highlights: Became Crossmark’s subject matter expert for store sets and as a result, was requested by Wal-Mart executives to participate in high visibility grand openings, floor plan changes or warehouse/distribution center changes. Directly responsible for the success for all store set projects by completing all of the necessary steps in order and on time. Managed the team and assigned duties to ensure success of the set accordingly.
