Daily Duties at Computer Express Intl. :
Responsible with providing contractual and permanent employees to Fortune 500 Information Technology clients. Responsible for all phases of the recruiting process including screening, qualifying, interviewing, salary negotiations, reference checks and risk analysis. My primary responsibilities for this process is to source and identify potential candidates via networking, Internet postings, cold calls, job fairs, referrals, etc. Maintenance of all job postings on job banks and coordinating pool of qualified candidates are also a part of my daily tasks. Other duties include: marketing support, training of recruiting support, and following up with contractors and permanent employees
