Daily Duties at Mancini Enterprises:

Managed a National recruiting firm specializing in the placement of Network, System and Software Engineers. Increased recruiting and sales by 75%. Developed strong repeat and referral business with Fortune 500 companies. Supervised and trained staff members relating to information technology. Negotiated with VP of Human Resources / Division Mangers and Regional Vice presidents to discuss what type of qualities and potential companies were looking for in future employees. Explained to employees about benefits and company culture and mission. Went thru employee manual. Explained contracts, codes and all paperwork concerning the human resource department. Responsibilities include: identifying and marketing to Fortune 1000 clients in providing I.T. oriented solutions in hardware, software, security, systems integration and consulting services. Coordinated with major I.T. partners and distributors in providing value-added resources, this included, pre/post sales implementation, system configurations, security and firewall assessment, storage and staff augmentation. Met and interacted with clients and managed new and existing accounts. Responsible for generating sales quotes based on client requirements, hardware and software configurations, inventory availability, and value added services. Solely responsible for all sales and recruiting efforts in identifying technical talent in-house and client projects. Overall, responsibility for sourcing, screening, technical testing, formal interviewing of prospective IT professionals on a full-time or contract basis with end clients. Developed and customized recruiting strategy for Southeast operations, to include: maintenance procedures for internal candidate database, internet sourcing techniques and resume site evaluation, screening policies and procedures, online and in-house technical testing of candidates, submittal processes, interviewing coordination, candidate closing, offer negotiation, and contractor/permanent employee retention procedures. Created market analysis of candidate availability and associated client opportunities within South Florida area. Customized and implemented professional sales training for technical recruiters and sales staff. Initiated field-recruiting procedures for sourcing passive candidates by developing and maintaining relationships with technical user-groups, job fair counselors and participants, and internet-related professional groups.
