Daily Duties at N & R Electrical Contracting:
Working with health insurance companies and workers compensation claims. Wrote Policy and procedures for company. Implemented new health benefits and 401k. Work with foremen on scheduling workers for job sites. Working with over 35 men in the company. Ran commercial jobs in tri county area. Did blueprint take offs and estimating. Worked with supply houses. Worked with other sub contractors for timely end dates of project. Did budgets and out of town work. Worked with Top 25 GC's on a daily basis. Recruited journeymen, mechanics and helpers for the company. I screened them and did reference checks. Put together a marketing plan for the company and did sales. Brought in 1.3 million in new business. I designed the company website and helped make the company more efficient by implementing a network system thru the office. I was involved in almost every aspect of the company, including finance and collections.
