Daily Duties at Com Score, Inc:
Sr.Data Analyst, Custom Data (July 2007 – Present) • Independently manage all projects in support of pharmaceutical clients. Design technical and analytical solutions using new data streams and processes • Deliver to the vendors requests for any traffic including pages and minutes distribution of their actual sites and their competitors, cross visitation, category totals, click landing domains, domains landing, demographic, referrals analysis, top pages, pages of entry and exit, some special analysis, and video streaming reports • In-depth usage of relational databases and methods for efficiently retrieving data. Extract, transform and analyze data from corporate warehouse, then generate marketing analysis and final reports to be delivered to clients • Work with IT to make sure the data and analysis needs of the internet marketing team are met. Significant engagement with comScore’s technology and Pharmaceutical commercial teams including the building of new data access tools, troubleshooting process failures and data quality issues, data extraction, transformation and analysis • Provide guidance to client service team and concurrently manage multiple projects at different stages of the project life cycle • Successfully transfer some of Pharmaceutical Benchmarked reports to an automated tool, which helps to speed up the Client Service team’s work in their benchmarking delivery to their clients. • Annual volume of Pharmaceutical works is approximately $1,5 million , Worked on multiple benchmarkers for Pharmaceutical clients like AstraZeneca, GSK, BMS, Schering Plough, Sanofi, Pfizer, Merck and Roche. Analyst, Telecom, USPS and Insurances Solutions (Apr 2005 – July 2007) • Developed detailed web mapping for major telecom portal sites including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, United States Postal Services and Insurance Company like Geico, Allstate. Responsible for generating a metric distribution that enables clients to gain deep insight for customer behaviors on their own websites and competitive ones. • Successfully transferred a manual web mapping system to an automated reporting system. • Provided QA support for all telecom reports covering deliveries to major ISP, wireless providers, major online tax providers, insurance companies and US postal services. The benefits income from above companies is around 2 million dollars Transaction Analyst (January 2003 - April 2005) • Performed test transactions on targeted sites. Reviewed data collection results and provided daily reporting status. • Initiated investigations for missed transactions with the QA team to identify underlying issues. Assisted in the testing of new software builds through mystery shopping. • Reviewed transaction results with engineering and commercial vertical teams and provided support for testing data streaming collection technology. • Maintained transaction lab, re-image computers on pre-defined schedule or as needed. • Recruited and trained external mystery shoppers, coordinating information requirements about missed shops to facilitate the investigation process.
