Ystral, Inc., Atlantic Highland, New Jersey 20002007 (Manufacturer of mixers, dispensers, and combined mixing and dispensing systems from small laboratory size to large industrial machines) Engineering Project Manager, US Operations Recruited to establish dealer support network and provide engineering consulting services for customer installations. Contacted customer decision makers to promote capabilities in manufacturing, sales, service, and parts availability. Successful projects included the following: Significantly reduced turnaround time on customer inquiries and improved customer service. Developed and implemented an efficient process to collect detailed information, identify customers’ needs, and ensure consistent follow-up. Dsigned and installed state-of-the-art system that improved production yields and quality while reducing exposure to fumed silica. System met stringent chemical industry environmental and safety requirements.
