Contacted customer decision makers to promote capabilities in manufacturing, sales, service, and parts availability. Successful projects included the following: Significantly reduced turnaround time on customer inquiries and improved customer service. Developed and implemented an efficient process to collect detailed information, identify customers’ needs, and ensure consistent follow-up. Dsigned and installed state-of-the-art system that improved production yields and quality while reducing exposure to fumed silica. System met stringent chemical industry environmental and safety requirements.
