Tutored diverse computer courses including Introduction to Computers, Operating Systems, System Analysis & Design, Data Communications, Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Educated students in areas of basic computer terminology, software applications, and hardware. Complemented tutorials with audio-visual, multi-media, and overhead projection. Managed Computer Lab comprising 16 lab assistants and 3-5 SIU interns and led comprehensive training of lab assistants. Oversaw computer lab usage and student activities. Assigned lessons and corrected homework assignments. Devised tests, performed computer-based test evaluations.
