Daily Duties at Adecco Employment Services:
Responsible for managing all contract Adecco associates with numbers up to but not limited to 200 · Ensure positive long-term relationships between Adecco and client contacts · Develop programs and improve quality of service and problem resolution · Work with client management to develop long-term temporary staffing strategies and budgets · Maintain employment records, process timesheets/invoices and employee payroll Conduct monthly seminars on workplace conduct, sexual harassment, workplace diversity and safety Background investigation on all Adecco associates Responsible for employee benefit programs Worked with branch recruiters to ensure proper selection of individuals for potential Adecco associates Responsible for managing all account functions and reports Developed several spreadsheets for tracking employees and shifts Maintained Kronos database for all Adecco associates and other contract associates Facilitated Adecco portion of orientations and with client Human Resources department to improve Adecco orientation procedures Responsible for all Employee Relations for Adecco associates working at client site and branch
