Daily Duties at Eastern Michigan University:

• Conducted quantitative/statistical data analysis, with predictive modelling, and requisite research on the opportunities available for African American females and their probability of achieving success in the business world. • Carried out literature reviews on all current literature, articles and papers relevant to the African American experience. • Became the Chief Logistics officer for the department’s hosting of a distinguished McAndless professor – Dr Ali Mazrui. Prepared a weeklong event in his honor and took care of all that was necessary to make the event a success. • Organized fund raising events to help increase the number of scholarships the department can make available for minority students. • Acted as a substitute professor and assisted professors in the department with grading
