Manage worldwide reporting for distributed labels (Morgan, Creek, New Line, Regency, etc.)representing over 50% of video division turnover ($2 billion in 1997). Developed and implemented worldwide reporting and consolidation systems for 23 subsidiaries, parts of which are still in use today.
