Daily Duties at Grubb & Ellis:
Commercial lease management, construction and building renovation. Responsible for insuring accurate and prompt payment of all bills associated with store and office leases. Set up and abstract new lease files; maintain insurance on leased spaces; interface with landlords, vendors, Verizon Wireless staff, etc. regarding leases and payments. Responsible for bill payment for construction and real estate departments using PeopleSoft. Assisted the travel manager with her roll-out of a new online reservation system.
