Created condensed financial reports for distribution and posting complied from several separate computer generated reports. Responsible for reviewing and approving company forms before sending to the HR department. Reviewed the expense reports for 13 managers to assure they complied with company regulations. Responsible for making travel arrangements for all staff in the 12 branches within the DFW region. Organized staff meetings and ordered catering for meetings.
