Rotated through all areas of the company including Education and Training, Software Support, Software Development, and Implementation of Clinical and Materials Management Systems Responsibilities: • Implementation of the Series 4000 Order Entry/Results Reporting, Radiology, and Materials Management Systems in client hospitals including planning, data collection, education and training and go-live support • Developed training curriculums and produced end-user training materials for Series 4000 software applications • Developed and conducted training classes for clients and internal staff • Provided functional and technical support for Series 4000 software applications • Assisted product development staff with review and quality assurance of new software releases
