Daily Duties at Outinord Universal Inc.:
♦ Computer Design, using our company’s software PCMO (like AutoCAD but made for concrete & our wall and tunnel forming system). ♦ Designs consisted of: concrete floor plans, openings drawings, per day phase drawings, formwork cycling, details, safety, and 3-D layouts. I did designs for hi-rise buildings and houses, throughout the U.S., Caribbean, Central, and South America. ♦ After I completed the designs for the project I also made a material list and priced the project, as a rental or all new sales according to the client’s agreement. ♦ Prepared shop drawings for rental projects. ♦ Site visits to resolve job site issues. ♦ Reviewed and created files for new projects. ♦ I also ran our shipping department and many other office duties.
