Daily Duties at Peri Formwork Systems Inc.:
♦ Computer Design, using AutoCAD 2008 ♦ Designs consist of concrete floor plans, sections, elevations, details, formwork and cycling of the formwork, and safety. Most design projects were for hi-rise buildings (hotels, office buildings, and apartment/condominiums) , parking structures, and bridges. ♦ Upon completion of the formwork designs, I created material lists with pricing and also worked up the contracts for the rental or sale of our equipment, depending on the project and client. ♦ Prepared shop/fabrication drawings for special items not in our rental fleet. ♦ Site visits to resolve job site issues and for assembly of our formwork. ♦ Project management for some projects in South Florida. ♦ Reviewed and created files for new projects. ♦ I also coordinated deliveries and handled many other office duties.
