Create, implement means to boost sales in N. and S. Carolina. Facilitate continuing education sessions as industry expert. Manage 1 junior representative and 1 administrative associate. Train, mentor new representatives. Ensure team efficiency, compliance with corporate processes, and achievement of annual sales and profit goals. Track individual projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule. Monitor changes made to scope of work and collect change orders. Coordinate with vendors for competitive pricing, scope review, and buyout as well as ensure vendors adhere to all contract expectations and standards.
