Daily Duties at Interactive Light:
Commanded procurement, customer service, quality assurance, and shipping and receiving operations and oversaw staff of 20. Facilitated activities across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure optimal inventory. Allocated resources, including staffing, budgets, and materials. Managed RMA processes, both vendor and consumer. Collaborated with engineering and sales teams. Organized participation in industry trade shows.
