Achieved Class A status to become Head Professional and General Manager at 4 different PGA recognized golf and country clubs over a 13-year period. Successfully hired, trained, managed and supervised over 100 employees to provide excellence in member, tournament and corporate outings. Worked to define budgetary constraints for all departments, developed and promoted new club logos and membership drives, ran successful pro golf shop while maintaining active golf schedules for all golf associations. Successfully turned around a distressed property in Pinehurst, NC (golf course, 40-room inn and restaurant) that sold for half a million dollars more than the asking price due to instituting my programs over a 4-month period.
