Daily Duties at Csc:
• Promoted to Staff Consultant without MBA. “Consistently Exceeds” rating in 3 project evaluations as well as annual appraisal. • Project manager executing remediation plan for 28 GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) directives across multiple R&D departments at a large sized vaccine company. • Trained in GMP documentation, steered discussions, assigned remediation activities, and reported to global directors. • Prepared realistic project plans for FY08-09, request for capital, and achieved target deadlines, increasing gap closure by 25% in 3 months. • Worked with 60+ contacts at different levels from quality assurance to manufacturing; managed expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Project manager role expanded to include dedicated laboratory, clinical, and non-clinical project support for 7 international teams. • Facilitated global strategy meetings, serving as a liaison between international departments. • Presented monthly metrics to Vice President of quality assurance with reports from Canada, France, and USA. • Created tracking tools to management projects with over 400 different requirements. • Lead software training session in England and coordinated concurrent activities in the United States and Norway, including training environment preparations and presentation. Worked closely with clients to manage training expectations and schedules. • Created original educational material for content management software at a mid sized pharmaceutical company including PowerPoint lectures, lesson plans, and exercises. • Delivered intensive software training program at mid-sized pharmaceutical company to 200+ employees; training survey results indicate 90% approval. • Authored RFPs, RFP responses, and SOWs around Life Sciences, Content Management, and Research and Development. Created sales support documents such as proposal presentations, data research, and participated in overall sales strategy meetings. • Designed and developed original educational material for Siebel Oracle eClinical Trials systems
