- Developed marketing & communication strategies for new and existing cause marketing programs - Managed internal teams and external ad agencies to create new messaging, manage media placement and create new collateral - Held key responsibilities in projects including the Washington Monument Restoration, Target House at St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and initial discussions with the Tiger Woods Foundation - Communicated and managed national marketing relationship with the American Red Cross - Introduced Target to new communities and represented company at national events and conferences - Coordinated and reconciled $12 MM corporate grant program & $6.7MM administrative budget - Promoted throughout tenure from roles within stores to 5 ½ years at corporate headquarters
