- Customer/Sales Interaction - Troubleshoot Customer's and Internal R&D ploymer or low VOC plasticizer issues - Manage Technical Service/Applications Development projects - Develop short term/long term strategy in polymer and plasticizer applications/product development, customer technical relations - collaborate with co-suppliers, contract labs and universities to generate data/information or provide solution to common customer issues. - Oversee lab activities - Develop & implement lab safety and hygiene standards - Monitor and direct personnel career development
