Daily Duties at Mental Health Management Srevices,Inc.:
Provide direct mental health services to residents enrolled in the PASRR program.Provide psychotherapy to each resident on a bi-monthly schedule. Review treatment plans,meet with team members in nursing home. Serve as advocate for residents,assist residents with a varity of issues in the nursing home as well as with family and community agencies. Provide in-service training when needed or requested. Monitor compliance with federal and state guidelines.
