Generated procurement specifications for equipment required for new processes and improvements to existing processes. Supervised designers in updating engineering drawings and diagrams with newly integrated equipment and systems. Design authority for development of preventative maintenance procedures (PM's), Bill of Materials (BOM's), spare part requirements and associated documentation. Developed technical scope of work documentation and schedules for decommissioning projects. Served as deputy to project manager on multiple projects. Delivered presentations to subcontractors during bid proposal conferences. Contributed to the selection and oversight of subcontractors.
