Daily Duties at Greeg Valley Ranch Resort:

Responsible for the overall administrative tasks of the Sales Department, makes appointments, keeps track of schedules and meetings of Managing Director, follow up weekly projects/updates and ensures confidentiality of all other special projects assigned. Administering Check Requests, Expense reports and creating both a good service and fun work environment. Communicate closely with clients by phone, Fax and Email. Maintain Delphi Hospitality database System and act as NSA (Analyst). Customize weekly, monthly sales and catering reports and report it to the Vice President of Sales and the Directors. Assisting the Director of Sales and the National Sales Managers on proposals, projects and Special Events. Ensuring all inquiries is dealt with accurately, timely, and in a professional manner and training new employee. Assisting in Direct Mail and marketing both properties Red Rock and Green Valley Resort.
