Daily Duties at Flirt Communications, Llc:

FLIRT Communications is a corporate communications business; we design and orchestrate corporate events, campaigns and experiences for our clients’ co-workers, customers and strategic partners. FLIRT was founded in April of 2008 by Paul Petan along with several creative partners whose expertise in the field stretches over 20 years. Our expertise in creating dynamic, thought provoking sales meetings, association meetings, teambuilding and culture building events as well as new product introduction has a proven track record of success in our first year of business. I was the first non creative employee FLIRT hired. I was brought on as the Accounting and Office Manager with the purpose of developing business processes and protocol for the company. This gave me an opportunity to utilize my process development and business experience to develop the processes and procedures which give FLIRT its business structure. This year’s accomplishments include: • Through my manipulation of cash flow from operating accounts to interest bearing money market accounts the company earned and additional $95K interest revenue in the first year of operation • Successful implementation of accounting system and invoicing processing procedures • Created budgeting and forecasting tools as well as Cash Flow Reporting • Implemented healthcare benefits for staff
