System and Deactivation Engineer involved with transition from production to shutdown. Involved the in design and checking of engineering design packages, and development, review and checking of Engineering Calculations and Engineering Operability Determinations. Review of Authorization Projects for impact on the following Buildings: 371, 559, 707, 771 and 991. Interfaced with DOE on a daily basis in support of building missions. Interfaced with other building engineering and craft personnel in respect to day-to-day activities and plant the vibration program. Duties involved the development of work packages per Integrated Work Control Program (IWCP) and checking of these packages for completeness, responsible for IWCP packages from development to closure. Provide support and supervision to craft in troubleshooting and repair of Chemical Operation Process Systems, HVAC and mechanical systems. Additional duties included development, review, walk-down and approval of Operating and Alarm Response Procedures.
