• Responsibilities include the implementation of new business to include licensing, filing, and compliance. • Responsible for reporting historical sales performance, and generate monthly and quarterly production reports, while working with product champions to formulate training strategies. • Development of training curriculum unique to each bank which included face to face training modules, web based delivery models, conference call modules, management presentations, and branch manager materials. • Managed and implemented a front end calculator tool used in bank markets to accommodate closed end loans and open end lines of credit. • Responsible for assisting in claims adjudication and reporting losses to bank partners.
