Daily Duties at Embassy Suites Hotel:
Responsible for assisting the FOM in the overall running of the Front Office including the front Desk and Reservation. Responsible in ensuring the highest level of Guest satisfaction as well as assisting in providing financial results from the department with a focus on controlling the expenses and maximising the room revenues. Will assist in maintaining the high morale, productivity and good communications within the FO departments as well as between other departments. Assisting in 1) the daily operations ensuring you are always a leading example showing excellent customer service skills, 2) identifying training needs and ensuring that training is carried out 3) building and maintaining a welcoming and close relationship with Guests and VIP's on arrival.
