Daily Duties at Hilton Santa Fe Resort & Spa At Buffalo Thunder:
Assist Director of Front Office and oversee proper operation of all sub-departments of Front Office operations. Ensure consistency in staff performance in accordance with hotel standards. Resolve guest related discrepancies with tact and courtesy: including billing, credit & reservation issues. Train Department Heads and Supervisors in handling Guest Complaint & Issues, including report preparation and documentation skills. Directly responsible for all aspects of Front Desk operations. Oversee and manage the daily inventory through coordination with Reservation, Engineering and Housekeeping departments.
