Recruitment of management level, to corporate level of experienced Sr. Level .Net, C#, Java, Developers, as well as Unix and MS System Administrators, Network Engineers, QA Analysts, QA Managers, Project Managers, Technical Writers, Technical Support Specialists. • Implemented recruiting strategies for nationwide positions i.e. internet recruiting, direct sourcing, career fairs (national & international), and newspaper/technical industry journal advertisements. Acted in a human resources generalist role providing policy interpretation to supervisors and managers regarding compensation, benefits, employee relations, visas (H1-B, Treaty Nafta), and relocation (national and international). Korn Ferry International / Future Step Sr. Recruiter - Educational & Manufacturing clients (Contractor) • Recruiting of Educational (VP of IT, Dean of IT, Dean of Law, Dean of Education & Dean of Medicine) • Recruiting of Manufacturing (Engineers, IT & Gunsmiths). • Relationship building with clients and generating of candidate strategies. • Client retention /satisfaction; executing sources strategies & evaluation candidate skill sets SAP-SI Atlanta, Georgia SAP Technical Recruiter SAP - Financial / Human Resource modules (Contractor) • Providing a portfolio of the brightest and most technically savvy candidates. • A module focuses (FICO, Assets, mySAP, CRM, SCM, SRM, PLM & R3 system). • Full life cycle recruiting and direct sourcing (internets sourcing, job fairs & user groups contacts). • Relationship building with clients and candidates. CONCERT Global Communication HR Generalist / Technical Recruiter - Contractor • Recruiting of Engineers ( Broadband, Video, DWDM, SONET, ATM, IP, VoIP telephony, Cablephone, Prisma, HSD, Fiber network, Fiber Optics, Opt Electronics, HITS Digital headend, Supply Chain, UNIX, NT, TCP/IP, C++, Java, HTML, ERP, Peoplesoft, Oracle and various software/business applications). • Relationship building with clients and generating of candidate strategies. • Facilitating issues, consulting manager’s retention issues, benefit administration, compensation plans, reviews and evaluations.
