Daily Duties at Home Depot:
Rotational leadership training program with three positions of responsibility: 1. Internal Consultant assigned to underperforming store in order to study source of problems and implement solutions with buy-in from store personnel. Decreased store's out of stocks by 80% in three months. 2. Project Manager for several large-scale remodel projects in stores, as they remained open for business, overseeing details from blueprints to punchlists. Ably balanced the needs of construction crews, merchandising reset teams, vendor reps and store associates. 3. As assistant store manager for multi-million dollar high volume retail store including sales, operations, merchandising, training, customer service, inventory management, and community relations.
