Daily Duties at Allied Signal Power Systems:
Coordinated with Customers, Hardware Vendors, and Design/ Analysis team on procurement of rotating machinery and miscellaneous hardware for the GENERATION 2 AUTOMOTIVE TURBOGENERATOR for RENAULT of France. Performed inspection, instrumentation and components testing of ATG subsystems using LABVIEW software in test cell. Completed assembly and inspection of ATG device from subsystems components. Supervised technicians and on site hardware fabricators during analysis and repair of ATG device in testing phase of development. Exposed to various machining and manufacturing methods for the fabrication of components (spin forming, hydro forming injection molding etc.). Assisted in the definition of the digital logic of the ATG control system using LABVIEW, MATLAB and SIMULINK system simulation software.
