Daily Duties at Brooks Automation:
Used Mechanical Desktop Release 4 and Pro Engineer 2000i 2 to design and revise designs of small precision electromechanical parts and systems. Evaluated capabilities of small motors for motion control. Designed Stainless steel and aluminum sheet metal of support structures. Performed geometric dimensioning and tolerance calculations and created detailed blueprints for designs. Was responsible for the test troubleshooting and inspection of out -going SCS-2000 and SCS-3000 hooded wafer-sorting machines. Generated electrical interconnect diagrams for current and new systems. Generated quotes for engineering time and material costs for new projects. Compiled the document for MTX 4000 (300 mm wafer sorter) Mini-environment standards. Was part of team who designed the digital macro-inspection option for the SCS-2000.
