Daily Duties at Limbach Facility Services:
Take off of detailed HVAC systems design drawings using a proprietary digitizing system. Make the output intelligible; break the project down into sections that are relevant to the way in which the work will actually progress in the field. Enter equipment and sub contractor costs along with computer system exceptions into an electronic spreadsheet for the final estimate and review. Write proposals that state the scope of work as detailed on the design drawings and specifications, and provide qualifications and exclusions, which make clear to the buyer what the scope of work is.
