Daily Duties at Raytheon Sas:
Responsible for providing information and coordination with all other organizations that have activities that pertain to Raytheon SAS construction projects. Serve as the primary interface with the Customers. Develop concept layouts with Customer, Facilities, and other organizations. Provides layout and equipment specifications to Engineering, generate scope of work, and perform estimating duties. Coordinate with various entities to develop designs, and ensure designs comply with project parameters, including cost and schedule requirements. Identify permit requirements and ensure compliance, including Planning, Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Conservation, Environmental, etc. Develop Work Breakdown Structures and project schedules using Microsoft Project software. Conduct project meetings to review detailed design, schedule and budget with Customers, Facilities Site Managers, Engineering, Construction, Materials and Planning representatives. Monitor the construction process ensuring compliance with schedule and budget, Control Change Orders and obtain authorizations for design or funding changes. Develop and submit Project Summary reports with all pertinent project statistics.
