Idaho, $25M company. Responsible for all aspects of foodservice, national accounts, retail sales and customer service departments. . Responsible for Los Angeles market, off-shore, and specialty produce procurement, logistics and inventory control programs. Service areas of South and Western Idaho, Central Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Department structures of income profit and loss, expense management, inbound logistics, case and route growth, customer acquisition and retention, marketing, employee development, and go-to-market strategies. Personal involvement in account acquisitions and retention. Personal sales of $1.75M in produce – retail and foodservice accounts.
