Processed, coded expense reports and invoices to appropriate general ledgers accounts. Input data into accounts payable subsystem. Produced weekly, monthly accounts reports and performed month end accounts payable closing. Review employees expense reports for accuracy, agreements to supporting documentation ensured expenditures were properly approved; in accordance with company policy. Maintained employees and customer files.
