Daily Duties at Staff Control:
Managed Corporate HR Staff of four and provided HR leadership and training to 30 Branch Office Managers. Completed first Policy and Procedure manual for employment used in Branch Offices and Corporate. Assisted corporate managers/directors in completing department process manuals. Developed and administered Outsource HR Department. Provided training in employment process, conflict managment, harassment, drug awareness,safety topics, and legal aspects to all branch and client sites including Northern California, Arizona, and Nevada.
