Daily Duties at U.S. Trustee's Office :

Assisted professional staff in conducting financial reviews of private bankruptcy trustees and business debtors; reviewed chapter 7/11/13 bankruptcy petitions and schedules for legal and procedural compliance with the Bankruptcy Code and related state statutes, etc.; reviewed applications for retention of professionals ensuring qualifications and their necessity; drafted motions regarding applications for payment of professionals' fees and expenses; made recommendations regarding U.S. Trustee action in instances of debtor non-compliance and drafting motions commensurate with recommendations; conducted analysis of disclosure statements for legal sufficiency and advising attorney/analyst; analyzed facts and technical questions on case administration, answering those that have been settled by interpretations of applicable legal provisions and researching those which present legal issues; participated in monitoring and reviewing the performance of trustees; and as necessary performed research and drafted pleadings to assist attorneys.
