Recruited as COO of Arlon, Incorporated, a $200 million 5-plant manufacturer of industrial and commercial electronic and electrical products. Developed and executed strategic operational, finance and IT strategies with the single goal of improving organizational performance throughout the five corporate divisions. Managed 8 Directors/VP’s with a total staff of 275.
