Senior member of a national consulting practice in Operations and Technology solutions. Held cradle to grave P&L accountability, and technical and managerial oversight for consulting engagements and full project lifecycles. Designed and executed enterprise-wide strategic operational change initiatives with needs-specific elements impacting operations, strategic planning, sales, finance, IT and staffing. Provided thought leadership and mentoring to a core management team in operational, technical, and management roles. Served as the key point of contact to internal and external customers, and often assume interim executive roles on behalf of clients representing a broad range of industries. Developed BPR and systems implementation methodology for the consulting group.
