Technical Trainer / Support Technician Quickly promoted to lead on-site trainer and assistant manager, implementing and explaining capabilities of MAPCON's advanced tools and expounding overall knowledge of computerized maintenance management planning and control system to groups of 4 to over 50 people. Helped write training material and personally interviewed and hired 3 additional team members during transition to the Windows system. Balanced duties of in house training, on site training and managing department for over 2 years.
