Maintenance of all hospital plumbing fixtures, appliances, piping systems, natural gas, domestic water, industrial water, medium and low pressure steam, pneumatic air, drainage, waste and ventilation systems. Facility Medical Gases, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Carbon Dioxide, Medical Air, Medical Vacuum, and Medical Gas Panel testing and distribution documentation.
