· Expanded supplier base to find multiple vendors for component parts. · Implemented MRP system using Microsoft Excel in order to better manage an inventory valued at approximately $500K. · Responsible for issuing purchase orders, and scheduling production. · Managed receiving of parts and entering receipts into computer system. · Supervised production staff of seven employees. · Developed strategies to reduce time required to take physical inventory from 5 days to 2 days.
