Daily Duties at Protegrity:
Led technical support for mainframe and DB2 security products (Required Cobol, DB2 and UNIX skills). Offered expertise on specific details pertaining to request for proposal (RFP) interacting with clients on product installation, testing applications, developing documentation, training and information presentation. Managed proof of concepts and demonstrations to prospects. Secured contracts that realized $1+ million in revenue in 2008.
