• Consistently led office in volume of incoming mail/claim processing and data entry with a maximum 24 hour turn around time on all claims. This included handling process of declined claims and trip interruption claims with Surety Company. • Set up and managed all files associated with official motorclub filings. • Responsible for coordination of RV manufacturer programs including accurate invoicing, enrollments and follow up. • Instrumental in preparing business review and budget • Responsible for inquiries from both internal and external customers, handling escalated calls from call center, and answering program questions from members and call center reps. • Coordinated rollout of updated materials and information to call center. • Acted as program contact person for kiosk agents in Camping World stores. • Performed administrative duties for, first, the program manager and later the Executive Vice President.
