Supervised seven instructors in curriculum development, testing and instruction. Trained senior enlisted engineering leadership in general propulsion plant theory and engineering administrative program management. Ensured all course topics were current by conducting internet research and by coordinating with training groups in the fleet. Introduced students to fleet training group commanders, ensuring students received real time information. Provided mentorship by arranging classroom visits of senior enlisted students to engage junior enlisted students.
