Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk • Worked closely with customers, corporate departments including Credit, Audit, Accounting, etc., and in-store retail staff on customer cash / credit payments and collections and reconciliation of accounts. • Balanced and processed customer payments using legacy AS400 Accounts Receivable (AR) systems / programs. • Tracked customer payments, documented service charges and discount charge-backs to appropriate departments and areas. • Provided reporting on disputes and resolution of customer account-related issues to credit department.
