Training development included instructor lead training (ILT), eLearning, and, Web based training on complex products. •Successfully developed support readiness and customer administration training, by maintaining a 98% customer satisfaction rating on course materials. •Successfully developed mid-range and volume storage array training by maintaining over a 98% customer satisfaction rating on course materials. •Successfully developed high-end and mid-range server training by maintaining over a 98% customer satisfaction rating on course materials. •Worked as a mentor to other course developers and manage contract/vendor course developers. •Work with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams to support training and product support deliverables.
